Inzi is King! There is now practically no batting record that this man does not hold for Pakitsan. He reaches each milestone with the determination of a warrior. Put him in a fight, he'll come out a winner. And to top it all off, he commands--no demands--respect from his team-mates and colleagues. He has been an integral part of a World Cup winning effort. He has been the premier batsman of his team, put them on his back and carried them for the larger part of this century. On the way, he has acquired every possible batting records for his country. The latest milestone is crossing Javed Miandad for the most centuries by a Pakistani (24) and scoring a century in each innings of a Test. He's two 50's shy of Miandad's record of 43 and about 800-odd runs short of passing Miandad for highest Pakistan run-getter.

Put all of that up alongside the fact that he's carried the batting single-handed for the last 2 years, averaging over 70, and had a phenomenal year in 2005 with an average of about 80 in tests, and this is one hell of a brilliant man.

Find a flaw in him if you can. And don't nobody dare say anything about his running. He's been run-out 4 times in his test career (including the fiasco in the 1st innings at Faisalabad). Miandad, who's recognized as one of the best runners between wicket in Pakistan cricket (second only to Asif Iqbal, some say), was run-out 8 times in his career! So there!
