The match yesterday was the biggest waste of time ever. I knew Pakistan wuold lose. I knew it because it's part of the Saad Akhtar Stadium Experience Curse. I'm sorry, O' People of Pakistan, for making your team lose yet again!

Here's to hoping I'm destined to spend more time with the Great Gandoo Gandhi sometime in my future. Each minute spent with you is a pleasure, my friend. Cheers.

In other news, I want a good digital camera so that I can finally go on a photospree in District South, Karachi. Sitting around with the BitchGirls today made me realize how much I'd love to do that. Why District South? 'Coz it's the happenin' district, nigga'. When I'm done with it, I'll move on to less green(er?) pasteurs.

Being around a bunch of 18-19-year-olds and within a work-environment in which I refuse to call the co-workers my friends, I can totally relate to Ashes. Muted anger and frustrations aside, I got me new b'ball shoes. They haven't been fully tested yet but the initial returns are promising. That said, the shoes remain atop my Birthday Wishlist and you folks better hurry up and find them gift and pack them up. It's almost time...

Finally, for those great proponents of Freedom of Speech who have hounded by existance the last few days proclaiming that the European press was left with no alternative but to go crazy with the publication of those cartoons (which incidentally I find nothing much wrong with other than that they were in bad taste) here's an interesting little news story. So Europe can take legal action when you deny or dispute history but can't do jack when you insult over a billion people?! Hmmm...that makes perfect sense!
