Seeing green hills in the background every time you step out of a building is oddly unnerving. In Karachi, hills are distant, brown and markedly dangerous to go into.
Karachiites are used to a breeze. Even at its most still, Karachi has a breeze.
Rikshas are extinct in Islamabad.
